Enhancing Service Innovation in the Age of Digitalization 詨隞菜

Asian Knowledge Forum(鈭瘣脩亥隢憯) will be held on12 January 2017with the theme of"Enhancing Service Innovation in the Age of Digitalization" (詨隞菜).Renownedexperts on various aspects of service innovation will be invited to deliver keynote speeches at the Forum. In addition, representatives from successful corporates in Asia, Hong Kong and Mainland China will share their cases and experiences on innovating their services.

From Design Thinking to Service Innovation

Success of knowledge business and organizations depends on the fulfillment ofcustomers' needs and expectationswhichare embodied in the services designed and delivered. The intangible partof the service cycle increasingly presides over the tangible part. Traditional process thinking based on Taylorism no longer applies in this new paradigm; instead those who can gravitate the importance of this change will succeed. What are these intangibles and, unlike a physical product, how can they be prototypedand experienced? What new knowledge is needed to produce them?
